NYS AAP – Chapter 2 Immunization Quality Improvement Project

Dear NYS AAP – Chapter 2 members,

Do you have a pediatric practice in Brooklyn or Queens?  If so, we are pleased to offer you an opportunity to improve your practice, improve your immunization rates, and earn a total of 50 MOC Part 4 credits.

Chapter 2 is leading an Immunization Quality Improvement Project with the national AAP to work with practices in Brooklyn and Queens to increase their timely immunization of 19-35 month olds.  We encourage you to review the project details and consider enrolling with your peers across the boroughs to improve immunization practice in pediatrics in Chapter 2.

If you are interested in participating or if you have questions, please contact Ken Bromberg, MD, FAAP, Physician Lead, at, or Elie Ward, MSW, Project Manager, at Practice recruitment ends on January 10, 2017.
