The March for Climate, Jobs, and Justice will take place on April 29, 2017 in Washington, D.C. Organized by the Peoples Climate Movement, the same coalition that held the powerful march in NYC in Sept. 2014, the April 29th march is bringing together organizations and people involved in a wide range of critically important social movements. What so many have started to understand, and what this mobilization will highlight, is that efforts must be united to meet the difficult challenges of the times we live in.

Our call for urgent action on the global climate crisis cannot be weakened, especially in view of the potential adverse effects on children and their families. We must protect the gains won over years of struggle and prevent the weakening of environmental protections.
